The stated fees are for standard document preparation and associated consultation only. Special needs may necessitate additional services and increased cost. Authorization is required prior to engagement of services.

Non-standard services require an understanding of your specific needs. Generally, a fixed fee can be quoted prior to engagement.  An alternative fee arrangement may be required.  In all cases, approval is required prior to commencement of services.

Filings Fees and third party service fees and expenses are an additional charge.
